TurboXP For Truckers....

TurboXP is designed to help the truck driver better manage their trips, expenses, record keeping and so much more. Below is a description of each module included and their use. You can compare the different version by going here and see which version would suit your needs. Both editions have US and Canadian features.

Trip Recorder: With advanced mileage, fuel, maintenance, expense tracking features. The most advanced trip recorder available. It allows for multiple picks and drops, add customers on the fly, track all your trip expenses reimbursed and non reimbursed, MPG, record incidents with photo's, store detailed notes, track pallets, track time at each stop, include detention pay, include unloading and loading pay, and much more. Some features are only in the Owner Operator version like: Maintenance reminders, truck ins. recorder, and so on.

Accident/Ticket: Record and track every detail of any accidents or tickets you receive.

Brokers: Keep detailed info on all the brokers in the US and Canada.

Calendar: A full featured calendar for important dates, recording incidents and reminders.

Check Register: Keep track of your checks/credit purchases. Balance your checkbook and credit cards. Know what is available in real time.

Customers: Keep detailed information on all your customers with maps and directions with ratings. This module is linked to the Trips Module and can be added right in the Trips Module if needed. Stores complete details of each customer so you know all you need to by just looking them up. Rate them and that way you know whether to take the load or not.

Escorts: Keep detailed info on escorts in the US and Canada.

Escrow: This feature can be used to maintain your funds available for repairs and so on. It will show you available and history of use. It is also used as a Maintenance Fund Tracker.

Expenses: Track all your road expenses for tax purposes and more. This module had full details so you know all about your expense. Scan your receipts and store them in the module for complete detailed recordkeeping. They will show on each report as well.

Fuel: Track tractor and refer fuel costs and breakdowns per mile with intergration into the trip recorder. Help monitor your MPG.

Invoicing: Detailed invoicing module has customer, inventory, email, sales, invoicing databases to allow for you to do complete invoicing of customers with many features included.

Lumpers: Track and detail all lumpers you use. With ratings!

Maintenance: Track and set maintenance intervals and be reminded when they are due on the trip recorder. With detailed info on all maintenance done and due. Linked to the Trip Module, this will alert you to when maintenance is due and which is due.

Mileages: Track and keep details on all miles driven in each state as well as roads and taxes paid including tolls.

Personal Ledger: Basically a note taker.

Per Diem: Track all the places you stay each day and claim the maximum benefit at tax time. Will save you thousands!!

Repair Shops: Track and rate these shops. With complete details and contact info. Easy searches too.

Reports: Complete and advanced reports at a simple click, with custom search and report details. More advanced than before. Export all reports to Excel or PDF.

State Contacts: All the info you need to track for each state including numbers, locations, hrs of operation and more. This module comes empty, you can add the info from the front of a map book for easy look up.

State Scales: Know where they are, times open, numbers, notes, and ROUTES AROUND THEM! As we receive your exported data we can make updates for everyone to share.

Terminals: Record your terminals with detailed info on them with maps and all.

Tractor/Trailers: Track all info on your tractor and any trailers you use. Full details on licensing, maintenance, fuel and more, with photo's.

Truck Stops: Locations and full data on all the major truck stops are already entered for you, now rate them and add more as you find them.

Vehicle Repairs: Track all your repairs and keep detailed info on these repairs so if you need it, just do a simple search and it will be there. Store copies of receipts and track expenses in this database. Scan your receipts and store them in the module for complete detailed recordkeeping. They will show on each report as well.

Zip Code: This database will help you with area codes, locations for satelight positioning, and more.
